Daniel W. Walshon-Dipillo celebrates four years as a medical laboratory scientist and microbiologist

RONKONKOMA, NY, December 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Daniel W. Walshon-Dipillo, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Microbiologist of Sunrise Medical Laboratories, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in bacteriology.

With four years of experience as a medical laboratory scientist and microbiologist for Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Mr. Walshon-Dipillo is responsible for reviewing cultures of bacteriology, screening streptococcus, salmonella and E. coli cultures, mycology, serology and parasitology. He became involved in his profession because of the inspiration he received during a seminar on clinical laboratory science, and he attributes his success to his education.

Mr. Walshon-Dipillo received a Bachelor of Science in clinical laboratory science from Stony Brook University in 2006. He is a member of the American Society for Clinical Pathology.
