As product manager for Activase, a biologic that treats stroke and pulmonary embolism, she is responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget, working with an advertising agency and customers to create promotional materials, and developing the brand's tactical plan. Additional responsibilities include development and monitoring of promotional effectiveness metrics, maintaining relationships with nationally recognized physicians and assuring alignment with a 120 person sales force.

Mrs. Bushman began her career in management consulting, eventually deciding to venture into the field of marketing because of her desire to implement strategies and gain deep knowledge in one therapeutic area. Proud to be one of the youngest members of her company, she attributes her success to her focus, motivation and desire to make a difference in patient lives. Mrs. Bushman received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley in 2004. She looks forward to getting product launch experience and to pursuing her MBA.
